We've developed a guideline table to provide you with as much information as possible to help you with your online purchase...we know it can be difficult without trying it on.

Remember that shoes tend to stretch, never lengthen, so it's crucial that your big toe doesn't press against the inside of the shoe...that would be too small! If your foot falls between two standard sizes, try adding an insole.

If you're still unsure, you can measure your shoe size by measuring the distance between your heel and your longest toe, then comparing the length with the measurements in mm in the table above. Repeat the measurement for the other foot, as feet may not be exactly the same size. In this case, the larger size should be used.

But in any case, there's no problem. If the size you ordered is wrong, just follow the instructions for changing the size on the website.
