WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?
Orders are shipped via GLS courier to all countries on the European continent.
TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to Italy, all European Union countries, as well as the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, and the rest of the world.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For orders from Italy, shipping is free.
For orders from the European Union, the cost is €9.90.
We are unable to calculate the presence or amount of any customs duties or fees that may be requested upon delivery.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times vary depending on availability and the delivery destination. The time between shipping and delivery is 2-3 days for Italy and 3-4 days for international orders.
Items already in stock are shipped within 2 working days. If you order an item that is not in stock, you will receive an email from us confirming the feasibility of production, and shipping will take place within 10 working days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
We will send you an email communication with your purchase order summary, including your order code. Use this code to contact us and request the tracking information for your parcel.
