RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The costs for the return and the new delivery are our responsibility. After receiving the message, we will exchange the order with the order number and the desired new size by e-mail at email@example.com.
You have 10 days from receipt of the goods time to send us the message. No exchange of damaged, used or incomplete items and goods without original packaging is accepted. After checking the integrity of the returned goods, we will make the new shipment.
The customer may withdraw from the purchase contract, but no returns of items are accepted which are damaged, used, incomplete without original packaging or in terms of components and accessories.
In order to exercise the right of return, please register a cancellation request in your private account on our online shop www.risorsefuture.net, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
After resignation request online, you will receive a mail from DHL containing both a PDF of the return label for printing and attaching to the package as well as the instructions for return.
We accept the return costs. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipping.
After we have checked the integrity of the goods received, we make within 14 days, the repayment of the value of goods.
Non-compliant and/or defective goods
All our items are checked before shipping. However, if you find any manufacturing defects or deviations from the order, please let us know via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you shortly and provide you with the deadlines and procedures for returning and / or exchanging the non-compliant or defective item.
Goods purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Goods on sale may be returned, though exchanges are subject to availability.
